You can return only in case of damages to the product. Returns will NOT be accepted for the following reasons.
- The customer will have to contact us at email@example.com in case of any returns or exchanges. Please mention ‘SUPPORT’ in subject line. • Any product can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery only.
- The product must be unused and in the exact same condition as received from us. All tags must be unbroken. Under no circumstances will products with broken tags will be accepted for returns.
- Once the returned product reaches us, we will do a quality check of the product to issue acceptance of the returned product.
- Once the returned product reaches us and accepted, we will issue a store credit for 3 months which will be valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. We do not give cash refund.
- In case of exchanges, if the new product is lower in value, the difference will be credited to the customer in the form of store credit. This amount can be used within 3 months from the date of credit issue.
- Shipping is free of charge for first orders however, shipping charges for returns or exchange will be paid by the customer.
- Products on sale or customized orders are not eligible for returns.
- Any product once exchanged, cannot be exchanged or returned the second time.
- Accessories are not eligible for returns.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- In case you receive a damaged product, we should be notified within 24hrs of receiving the parcel along with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘SUPPORT’ in subject line.
REFUND & CANCELLATION
Any request for cancellations and refund of online purchase once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
